We are delighted to be meeting in-person at Pontprennau Primary School, at 10am every Sunday.

Booking is no longer required for our Sunday services. Seating will be spaced out as much as possible. Please continue to gel your hands and to wear a face mask unless you are medically exempt - thank you in advance for your cooperation!

As of September 2021, we are no longer live-streaming our services on Zoom. Other meetings such as prayer meetings are continuing on Zoom at the moment - you can join by using the Meeting ID: 311-400-4782 or clicking HERE

Our Sunday Services are characterised by thoughtful contemplation of the Bible and its teaching, expectant prayer, passionate corporate singing, and friendly conversation with one another and our guests.

The church meets at Pontprennau Primary School every Sunday at 10:00am for our Sunday Service. It helps to get there 15 minutes early to get a parking spot and seat in time for the service to start. You can expect a warm welcome, a time of singing together, readings from the Bible and a talk where the Bible is explained. Tea and coffee is served after the service. We meet at:

There is free parking available on-site. Please only park in the school car park or on the surrounding streets, being considerate of resisdents in the area.

Accessibility

Our unity as a body shows off the glories of our saviour, Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 1).  To that end, we aim to make our corporate gatherings accessible for every person who wishes to join us. Most of our activities take place on the ground floor and there is a lift for access to the upper floor when required. Unfortunately we do not offer a hearing aid loop system at this time but if you are struggling to hear or see, please speak to the welcome team.

Creche, Kids and Youth

Children stay with their parents at the start of the service as we worship together for the first part of the morning. The service leader will announce when it is time for the kids to leave. You will need to go with your children and register their attendance.

For more information about what happens in the children's work please visit the Children & Youth page.

After the main meeting

At the end of the service there is a chance to enjoy tea and coffee together at the back of the main meeting room.

What can I expect on a Sunday?

Our meetings are currently being managed in accordance with COVID-19 safety guidance.  As a result some of the activities listed below are restricted or look slightly different.  However, we can  assure you or a warm welcome and an informal, family feel despite the restrictions that may be in place when you visit.

You will be welcomed at the door, where we can answer any questions you might have and direct you to where you need to go. The service will last about 60 minutes and will
include Bible reading, prayer and a sermon during which the Bible reading is explained.

Tea and coffee are served after the service - there is plenty of time to meet new people and ask more questions. Click here for more information.

What happens to the kids?

We have a programme for Children and Young People during the morning service. Children will leave the main service  when announced by the service leader.

Creche (up to 3 years). Led by our Crèche team, the youngest in our congregation enjoy a time of Bible stories, singing, craft and play.

Sunday School (reception to Year 6). Our Sunday School team lead the children as they learn about God from the Bible through videos, activities, games, and craft.

Youth (years 7-13). Our young people stay in the service and meet afterwards to discuss and apply the sermon together with one of the youth leaders.

Is there a dress code?

No! Please just be yourself and come dressed in your 'normal' clothes.

Will I have to join in?

Not at all! You are very welcome to simply observe or participate as much as feels comfortable for you.

I have more questions, how can I ask them?

Please feel free to contact us, or speak to one of the leaders or welcome team on a Sunday morning.
